Packing Suggestions

Luggage should weigh less than 35 lbs and in a softer duffel bag, instead of a hard shell suitcase. This bag will travel on vehicles and on different terrains so make sure to protect your equipment accordingly.

Your liquids if you choose to bring your luggage through carry-on should follow the TSA requirements of 3-1-1: 3.4 ounces per container, 1 quart size ziploc bag, 1 bag per passenger


3 t-shirts
2 long-sleeve shirts
1 sweatshirt or fleece zip-up
1 lightweight rainjacket
1 pair of shorts
2 pairs of cotton pants
3-5 pairs of socks
5 pairs of cotton underwear
2-3 sports bras
1 swimsuit


1 pair of sturdy sunglasses with UV protection
Spare pair of eyeglasses in lieu of contact lenses
1 sunhat
1 warm hat for cooler nights
1 pair of walking or hiking boots
1 pair of comfortable slippers or flip-flops
Money belt, if you prefer over a traditional wallet
Ziploc or fabric bags to separate dirty laundry
